Super Easy Homemade Breads


Wow!! Homemade breads.

I always think bread recipe is very complicated then I found out it’s not very complicated at all. I just have to be very patient.

There are very few ingredients for the simple bread recipe: bread flour, yeast, a bit of sugar and warm water. How simple is that!?

The most difficult part for me is kneading technique. This time it took me 20 mins in total and my right arm was very very sure after that. It’s a good exercise. I felt that I have a very muscular right arm. Especially me, I don’t exercise at all, my husband always complain about that.

And then proofed the dough. OK it took 3 hrs in total to proofed these breads. You’ve got to be patient and the right temperature otherwise the dough won’t rise properly and you won’t get the right shape. Lucky we are in Thailand, it’s always warm even in the cool season.

With the very simple methods and few ingredients. It’s even much more easier to do it with your children. They can learn to be patient, exercise there little hand and arm muscle. But you will have to do all the kneading part by yourselves, prepare for that.

300 g bread flour

1 tbs active dry yeast

150 ml looked warm water

1 tsp sugar
