Our brownie cheesecake weekend. Easy recipe, a fun activity for you and your children. Rhonda can do most of the instructions by herself now, getting better at it! She’s really enjoin baking and cooking now.

So as your children, if you prepare all the ingredients and guiding instructions. They could do it by themselves!! (not putting in the hot oven of course)

Ingredients:

Brownie Batter:

3/4 cup of rice bran oil

1 cup brown sugar

4 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup of flour

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of salt

1 cup of cocoa powder

Cream cheese:

250g cream cheese

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup of sugar
