Everyone loves chocolate cake, don’t you? I love chocolate cake, Rhonda loves chocolate cake and daddy loves chocolate cake too!!

There are so many chocolate cake recipes online. Our recipe is very easy and we reduce the amount of sugar. You can add more sugar if you like it more sweet.

You can use this recipe as a chocolate cake base for any frosting you desire. You can make double chocolate cake with chocolate cream frosting, chocolate buttercream frosting or chocolate ganache cake!!

Rhonda enjoy making it. She tasted the batter and make sure that it’s delicious. I think for her 4th birthday we will make a chocolate birthday cake!!

1 cup all purpose flour

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 small eggs

1/2 buttermilk

1/3 cup oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup whipping cream

1/4 cup icing sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
